This deposit is towards the purchase of one whole goat's worth of meat.  Final price will be determined based off of butcher's hanging weight, prior to bone removal. Hanging weight price does not include butcher costs which tend to be on average $1.25 per lb hanging weight.  1 Whole goat - $12 per pound at approximately 35-45 lbs.
 
 
Bulk orders consist of a mix of assorted steaks, roasts and ground meat which you will choose after we receive your deposit. Weights are approximate until final weight is given at butcher. Organ meat is available by special request.​ Payment in full is due on pickup of the meat and will be determined based on the final hanging weight and the applicable butcher costs of the animal minus the deposit paid.
